This Privacy Policy describes how we handle, collect, process, and safeguard your personal information when you access our web application (meradoot.com), mobile apps, delivery tracking interfaces, or interact with our registered partner kitchens and delivery fleets across Indore.

• Customer Support & Refunds: Investigating delayed orders, processing UPI refunds for missing items, and resolving help tickets submitted through our Help Center.

• Platform Optimization: Analyzing order trends in specific Indore delivery zones to improve app speed, optimize delivery routes, and add popular local restaurants.

• Communications & Offers: Sending order status SMS updates, delivery arrival alerts, promotional discount notifications, and Meradoot Doot Points loyalty rewards (you can opt out of promotional communications at any time).

We strictly respect your privacy. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS.

• Restaurant Partners: Providing your name, order items, and custom meal notes so partner kitchens can prepare your order.

• Delivery Fleet Partners: Sharing your delivery address, landmark details, customer contact phone number (via masked/direct call relays), and GPS coordinates so riders can locate your address.

• Payment Gateways & Banking Partners: Transferring payment instructions securely over encrypted channels to complete UPI, Net Banking, or Card transactions.

• Cloud & Technical Service Providers: Storing encrypted application logs and databases on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centers in India.

• Legal & Statutory Authorities: Disclosing information if required by court order, law enforcement investigation, or statutory mandate under applicable laws of India.
